RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase as much as we enjoyed creating them!  Please carefully read through product details and descriptions.   

  • ALL BAGS ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS. NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
  • PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

PRE-ORDERS

PRE-ORDERS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, or CUSTOM ORDERS are FINAL SALE, are non-returnable and ineligible for an exchange or refund.

SALE ITEMS

Items marked as SALE/DISCOUNTINUED or Black Friday are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.  If there is an issue with your item, please email support@faithimony.com with images. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

We understand sometimes things are missed in quality control. If by chance your item has a manufacturing defect please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  Manufacturing defects do not include misuse of items. Please contact our sales team at support@faithimony.com. These will be handled on case by case basis.  

Below are the available options: 

  1. Return your item within 10 days of delivery date for store credit ONLY.  (There are no refunds) or
  2. Exchange your item for the same or a different item of the same or lesser value within 10 days of delivery date.  (Any remaining balance must be paid prior to merchandise being shipped or any monetary difference will be issued as a store credit). No refunds - store credit only.  

*Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (incoming and outgoing). Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

DAMAGES

If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) of delivery by emailing us with a picture of the damaged product to our support team at support@faithimony.com.

Exchange requests for any damaged items must be received within 10 days upon delivery date of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. Once an order is placed it can not be altered, changed or cancelled.

If you ordered the wrong merchandise and realized it after checkout contact us immediately. Our shipping hours are not the same as our customer service hours so there is a good possibility it could ship before the correction is made. We are not responsible for incorrect orders. If we do still have your order when contacted we can exchange the incorrect merchandise to the correct merchandise, only if we have it in stock. If not we can exchange for another item or keep order as is. If you decide to remove merchandise entirely before package is shipped a $20 restocking fee will apply to cover business operating expenses. 

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

  • All bag sales are NON-RETURNABLE. NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
  • Only exchanges or merchandise store credit will be allowed.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to return all merchandise to our business for exchange or store credit.
  • Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 
  • All Incoming and outgoing shipping fees must be covered by the customer for exchanges or returns. 
  • Items returned after 10 days of the delivery date of merchandise will not be accepted. 
  • NO EXCEPTIONS.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Information required for Return/Exchange: 

* Company Name
* Contact Name
* E-mail Address
* Order #
* Order Date
* Style# for Return/Exchange Item
* Quantity for Each Style#
* Reason for Return/Exchange

2. E-mail the above information to Support@Faithimony.com. for your Return/Exchange.

3. Once return authorization is acquired, ship the item(s) to Faithimony.

4. Upon receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for processing and final confirmation. 

*Items requested to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in new condition. Items must be returned or exchanged in original packaging, and all items tags must be attached. All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returns are subject to inspection to verify compliance with return policy prior to issuing a store credit or exchange. 

**Items sold as a free gift and or give away are non-returnable and non-refundable.
